Term of Service

1. General Terms* The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request if they are uncomfortable with the subject matter, or if it exceeds their skill level/ boundaries.
*All commissioned pieces are Digital Art only. No physical items will be shipped
*The estimated turnaround time is 30 days,
depending on the current queue and the complexity of the artwork.

2. Payment*Accepted Payment Methods: PromptPay, Paypal, Wise
*Currency: THB, USD
*A 50% deposit upfront payment is required before the Artist begins working on the commission. For higher-priced commissions, milestone payment plans can be discussed.

3. Process & Revisions.1 Briefing: The Client provides clear, detailed descriptions and visual references.
2. Sketch Phase: A rough sketch will be sent to the Client for approval regarding the pose and composition. The Client is entitled to 3 free major revisions at this stage.
3. Lineart & Base Colors: The artwork will be sent again to confirm colors and basic details. (Note: Major structural or pose changes are no longer accepted at this stage).
4.Final Rendering: The completed, fully shaded artwork is presented. Minor adjustments (e.g., slight color tweaks) can be made for free 3 times.
×Any additional revisions beyond the allowed quota, or requests for a complete redraw, will incur extra charges starting from 5 USD per revision.

4. Delivery* The final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link or Email to ensure no loss of image quality.
* The Client will receive high-resolution files in PNG or JPEG format
*Source/working files (e.g., PSD, .Clip) are not included by default. They can be purchased for an additional 20% of the base price.

5. Copyright & Usage*Artist's Rights: The Artist retains full copyright
ownership of the artwork. The Artist reserves the right to post watermarked versions of the artwork on their portfolio and social media. If the Client requires the commission to remain private (NDA), they must inform the Artist beforehand.*Personal Use: The base price covers Personal Use only. The Client may use the artwork for non-profit purposes (e.g., social media profile pictures, banners, personal printing).*Commercial Use: If the Client intends to use the artwork to generate profit (e.g., merchandise,
VTuber assets, Twitch/YouTube streaming, promotional branding), this must be stated upfront. Commercial rights will incur an additional fee of 50% of the base price.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy* If the Artist cancels the commission for any
reason, the Client wil receive a 100% full refund.
* If the Client decides to cancel the commission after the sketch phase has already begun, the deposit is strictly non-refundable to compensate for the Artist's time and labor.
